§1 EU消費者の撤回権
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) — that is, a natural person who concludes a contract for a purpose that is predominantly outside their trade, business or profession — you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract (for digital services and subscriptions: from the day the contract is concluded).
注: この撤回権は、指令2011/83/EU第9条に基づき、EU加盟国に常居所を有する消費者に適用されます。居住国の強制的な消費者保護法は引き続き適用されます（第9条を参照）。 用語).
§2 解約権の行使
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement in text form (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

第4条 撤回権の早期失効
指令2011/83/EU第16条(m)に基づき、以下の場合には撤回権は早期に消滅する。
- この契約は、有形の媒体で提供されないデジタルコンテンツの供給またはデジタルサービスの提供に関するものであり、
- performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- 消費者は、これにより撤回権が失われることを認めました。
購入時に該当する確認チェックボックス（「契約の即時履行を希望し、契約の完全履行をもって解約権が失われることを理解しています」）を有効にした場合、これらの要件は満たされたものとみなされます。その場合、履行開始後は解約権はなくなります。
