The two systems
- The foundation for legalbrandcheck.com is provided by traboslex.com. A continuously updated legal database with verified conflict logic across numerous legal systems, based on real court decisions rather than AI guesswork.
- LegalBrandCheck: the consumer application on top — combines live queries to EUIPO, USPTO, Zefix, RDAP and others with the traboslex.com verification layer into a single audit report.
TrabosLex is the verification engine, LegalBrandCheck the product/UI layer on top.
What this requires technically
- Verification logic for law across jurisdictional boundaries — TrabosLex maps legal rules into machine-verifiable form and keeps them current against real court decisions.
- Integration of dozens of external data sources — each with its own authentication, data format and rate limits (EUIPO, USPTO, Zefix, RDAP, app stores, sanctions lists, court databases) — consolidated into a consistent result.
